2、 Technical after-sales service
1. Instrument operation process
(1)Measurement product process:
Turn on the instrument power, computer, and monitor → Open the measurement software on the computer desktop → Turn on the light source in the software → Move the product to the imaging area → Start measuring.
(2)Close software operation process:
Return the machine to its original position→ Turn off the instrument light source → Turn off the measurement software → Turn off the computer and instrument power → Cover with a dust cover.
2. Machine maintenance matters
(1)All components on the machine must not be contaminated with water droplets.
(2)Do not use damp cloths or other items to wipe the machine. Use a dust-free cloth dipped in industrial alcohol to wipe the glass workbench.
(3) The glass calibration block is a fragile and consumable item that needs to be stored properly. When using it, handle it gently and try not to scratch it as much as possible.
(4)When placing workpieces on the machine glass for measurement, handle them gently to reduce glass scratches and avoid damaging the machine glass.
(5)The software encryption lock is dedicated to the special machine and must be used and kept by a dedicated person. It cannot be lost.
(6)When taking a break halfway through the measurement, turn off the instrument's light source to extend its lifespan.
(7)After the measurement is completed, the instrument needs to be returned to its original position, and the machine guide rail and screw should be coated with white oil on the guide rail for maintenance after about six months.
(8)When the instrument is not in use for a long time, it is necessary to cover it with the dust cover provided by our company.

4Precautions for machine installation
① Delivery location: Based on the buyer's first floor plan. If there is no elevator to go upstairs, please inform us in advance and arrange for on-site handling tools.
② Entrance: The door width should be at least 10CM wider than the instrument width.
③ Placement location: Based on the plane designated by the buyer.
④ The instrument uses an indoor power supply of 220V~50HZ, and needs to maintain a stable supply of 220V power
⑤ The instrument comes standard with a three pin plug power cord, and the indoor socket must be grounded. The indoor temperature should be maintained at 22-25 ℃.
⑥ Stay away from unstable sources of vibration, such as roadsides and near vibration prone machines.
⑦ Stay away from heat sources and magnetic field interference, such as direct sunlight, heat treatment furnaces, power generation rooms, etc.
⑧ If installing upstairs, attention should be paid to the strength structure of the floor slab and anti vibration measures should be taken.
